What is a CSA Box? CSA stands for Community-Supported Agriculture. It is a system in which you, the customer, pay up-front for a specified amount of fresh produce from our garden over a set period of time. Why get a CSA Box? Three key reasons: Supporting local producers like Unity Gardens, trying a variety of fresh, ecologically grown, hand-picked produce every week, and getting all naturally grown and local produce at a great discount! How does it work? For a one-time payment, you will receive a box of produce every week, discounted at 10%! Boxes are either valued at $10+ dollars or $20+ dollars, you can choose in registration. Pick up your produce from the Unity Gardens Welcome Center on 3701 Prast Boulevard on either Tuesdays or Thursdays. During your visit, don't forget to say hello to the Unity Gardens team, take a walk through the garden, or visit the goats and chickens! Then, you can go home to enjoy your produce and repeat the goodness next week! What to expect? Each box includes various fresh produce grown in our garden, including greens, herbs, tomatoes, zucchini, squash, eggplant, peppers, green beans, peas, onions, raspberries, root vegetables, winter squash, and more! The produce will change as the season progresses, so there is always new and exciting food to enjoy. All of our produce is grown using natural, sustainable techniques ensuring you're getting delicious and wholesome food. Our spicy CSA includes only spicy items, like hot peppers, hot honeys, spice blends and more! Contact Us!
