Join us in relaxing in the garden. Stretch out your body and reset your mind in this free guided yoga class. Bring a mat or towel and unwind in the garden. If it's rainy, we'll be in the building, but otherwise we meet by the goat fence!
This sessions are taught by Zana, a certified yoga instructor. Sound baths are led by Sarah Vervynckt.

Zana Karabatak
Zana has been teaching yoga since the summer of 2025. Introduced to yoga in college, she was a yogi of convenience until 2023, when she committed to making it a daily practice. And that commitment reaps results: as someone struggling for years with chronic neck and back pain, daily yoga provides relief! It's a low impact exercise that increases mobility while building strength. In addition to the transformative effect on her physical well-being, yoga has served as built in time to practice reflection and gratitude for what the mind-body connection can do for herself and for others. Outside of the studio, Zana enjoys reading, long walks, good coffee, and rescuing plants from the sale rack. |
Sarah Vervynckt
